PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT: MDT SPECIALIST
1. ROLE AND DESIGNATION: The Specialist is engaged as an Independent Contractor to provide onsite and digital services as part of the RP Learning Academy’s Multidisciplinary Team (MDT).
2. SCOPE OF SERVICES: The Specialist agrees to provide high-quality, evidence-based intervention. Duties include conducting clinical sessions as dictated by the Child’s Individualized Education Plan (IEP), participating in internal team synchronizations, and officially logging all clinical observations via this secure portal within 24 hours of session completion.
3. COMPENSATION: The Specialist submits a proposed rate during registration. This rate is subject to negotiation and final approval by the Academy Administration prior to contract activation.
4. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR STATUS: The Specialist operates strictly as an independent contractor. This Agreement does not create an employer-employee relationship. The Specialist is solely responsible for their own professional taxes, levies, and health insurance.
5. CONFIDENTIALITY & CHILD PROTECTION (NDA): The Specialist agrees to adhere to the strictest levels of medical and educational confidentiality regarding the psychological data of the children. No details regarding the child, the family, or the proprietary MDT strategies of RP Learning Academy may be shared outside of this secure portal. Taking unauthorized photographs, videos, or audio recordings of the children onsite is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate termination and legal action.
6. NON-SOLICITATION: During the term of this Agreement and for a period of twelve (12) months following its termination, the Specialist agrees not to directly or indirectly solicit, poach, or offer private services to any client introduced through RP Learning Academy.
